Liberatory WATER: prose/poetry is read followed by half gentle yin and half fluid and receptive vinyasa and closing with a meditative free write session and community weaving of our words as medicine with Soraya or Lakeisha monthly.

Soraya teaches through her own Liberatory Yoga Flow framework, stewarding the decolonial roots of yoga, trauma-informed and facilaiting imagination and practices to not bypass the times we are in but not abandon ourselves or each other in the process and to support us to dream what else is possible for ourselves and the collective.
