Monthly Liberatory Yoga at Sovereign
Monthly Liberatory Yoga and/or Kemetic and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at 7:30am, 9am or 5:30/6pm with Flowers for an author relevant to this practice.
Each month at Sovereign, Soraya leads yoga experiences inspired by visionary authors whose work expands our collective imagination. This February, we draw wisdom from Toni Morrison.
Soraya teaches through her own Liberatory Yoga Flow framework, weaving together mindful movement, reflection, and ancestral wisdom. She uniquely combines Kemetic and Hatha Vinyasa practices to create spaces where participants can honor their histories, imagine liberated futures, and embody Octavia’s insights through movement.
Join Soraya for two-three possible times each month.
All classes are limited to 8 spots and each attendee is provided mats and props or are able to bring their own.
✨ Liberatory Yoga — A practice and framework that honors both our individual and collective histories while inviting us to imagine freer futures through movement and reflection.
✨ Kemetic & Hatha Vinyasa Fusion — A unique offering that bridges Soraya’s ancestral lineages, blending Kemetic Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa into a grounded, expansive flow. -

Monthly Union Hall Movement as Liberation
Soraya taught a free Movement as Liberation at Union Hall, Denver for the last four years monthly and it became a home for her Liberatory Yoga Flow without any barrier to access. She and Union Hall are currently looking for funding to support her to offer these classes free to the community. A monthly donor would be more than enough. Please contact flourish@sorayalatiff.com if you are interested in funding a monthly free intersecrioally trauma-informed and liberator flow rooted in supporting community members face and feel what need to be tended to in these times while imagining and acting on what else is possible.
